Role Synopsis:
A Junior HR Specialist (Operations) participates in the implementation of the company's HR policies and ensures the execution of operations in accordance with labor legislation. They are responsible for the accurate and timely execution of daily HR functions and processes, including recruitment, termination, leave management, business trips, preparation of employment contracts and amendments, management of personnel files, and other related documentation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Formation and regular updating of employee personal files;
  • Preparation and formalization of employment contracts, as well as any amendments and additions;
  • Drafting of orders and supporting documents related to recruitment, position changes, leave, termination, and other personnel actions;
  • Handling documentation related to business trips, leaves, and other employee movements;
  • Ensuring documentation and procedures are carried out in accordance with labor legislation;
  • Accurate and timely entry of data into HR systems (internal software);
  • Preparation of HR-related statistical reports and submission to management;
  • Supporting the daily operational activities of the Human Resources department. 

Required background:

  • Higher education in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Law, or a related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR operations (experience in the manufacturing/industrial sector is an advantage);
  • Intermediate level of written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs;
  • Knowledge of the Labor Code, Migration Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and relevant legal regulations.
