Role Synopsis:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Production Process Planning Engineer to join our growing operations team. This role is critical in ensuring that production processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with technical and quality standards required by the industry sector.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and optimize production process plans and workflows 
• Prepare detailed process documentation, including work instructions, time studies, and resource planning
• Ensure production activities comply with technical drawings, quality standards, and relevant industry regulations
• Analyze production data to identify efficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on technical production requirements
• Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and company policies

Required background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in production planning, process development, or manufacturing engineering 

Required skills:

• Good command of English (spoken and written) – essential for documentation and cross-team collaboration
• Familiarity with CAD tools, ERP/MRP systems, and process planning software
• Knowledge of production technologies, tooling, and quality control methods
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a structured, high-compliance environment
• Team-oriented with good communication and project coordination skills
