Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes (sourcing, tendering, contracting, and supplier management).
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Coordinate with technical and production teams to define procurement needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare and maintain procurement documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Experience in the procurement of metals, steel products, or related materials is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in Azeri and English (both written and spoken).
