Candidate Requirements:
- Higher education in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product development, preferably within the education sector.
- Advanced familiarity with social media platforms.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- English language at B1-B2 level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing product development strategies for the education center.
- Launch educational products to the market.
- Participating in the collection and analysis of student needs and feedback.
- Take part in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Support the creation of new educational products and increase sales of existing products.
- Support student acquisition processes and coordinate with the sales team.
- Participate in lead generation initiatives and sales support activities aimed at attracting prospective students.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports (number of inquiries, conversion rates, etc.)
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management regarding completed tasks and achieved results.

- Salary: Fixed salary + sales-based bonus (to be determined during the interview based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience).

Work schedule: 6 days a week
- 5 days: 10:00–19:00
