Role Purpose
Lead STP’s multi-plant network to top-quartile performance by deploying a single Operations Excellence System across Business Units and their sub-teams. Manages end-to-end supply chain, strengthening maintenance and engineering, and build the capabilities and governance that lift output, reliability, quality and cost competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Enterprise-wide Operational Excellence: ensure consistent implementation of initiatives in all plants
- Develop and manages single Operating System that standardizes processes, partnering with IT to embed MES/ERP analytics, real-time dashboards and data-driven decision-making
- Lead maintenance & reliability transformation, building the critical-asset register, preventive-maintenance calendar and spare-parts strategy
- Responsible for supply-chain across the Group, ensure demand/supply balancing
- Direct Engineering & Projects, managing the capex pipeline, delivering projects on time and within the budget
Requirements
- Education – Bachelor/master’s degree in engineering or management
- Languages – proficient English is must (knowledge of other languages - advantage)
- Experience – 10 years in multi-site industrial manufacturing
- Experience as a Plant/Factory Manager in cable production, non-ferrous metals (aluminum) industry, plastics industry (polimer) or heavy machinery industry is an advantage.
- Proven delivery of overall equipment effectiveness gains, cost reduction and defect-rate improvements
- Hands-on management of end-to-end supply chain
- Lin/Six Sigma mastery track records and financial acumen
