Job Description: 

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by acting as a key communication link between customers, technicians, and the company. You will be responsible for ensuring timely follow-ups, addressing concerns, and improving service quality. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Call customers after service completion to conduct quality reviews and gather feedback. 
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and the company to resolve complaints effectively. 
  • Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and escalated when necessary. 
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely handling of problematic cases. 
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service outcomes. 
  • Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance service quality. 
  • Support overall customer service operations, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of concerns. 

Qualifications & Skills: 

  • Advanced level of English 
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in appliance repair or a related industry. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to handle complaints professionally and empathetically. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Stable internet connection and silent working environment 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in Russian language is a plus 

Salary and Working Hours: 

  • Salary: 800 AZN monthly, salary will be adjusted in case of devaluation of local currency 
  • Working Hours: 6 hours a day starting from 19:00 or 22:00 Baku time, Monday to Saturday 
  • Work Mode: Remote
