Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to coordinate logistics including hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, and transportation arrangements.
• Communicate timely updates and changes to guides, drivers, and hotels to ensure smooth operation.
• Support the Director in managing operational issues and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

• English speaking/writing is a must
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfort working with multicultural groups within business.
