Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to coordinate logistics including hotel bookings, restaurant reservations, and transportation arrangements.
- Communicate timely updates and changes to guides, drivers, and hotels to ensure smooth operation.
- Support the Director in managing operational issues and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications:
- English speaking/writing is a must
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort working with multicultural groups within business.
