Position Overview:
Systemair Azerbaijan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This role is critical in expanding our product presence in the market and enhancing our customer portfolio. If you are passionate about providing high-quality HVAC solutions to clients, achieving sales targets, and working with a dynamic team, this position is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for Systemair products and solutions.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers.
- Expand the customer base by exploring new sales opportunities and contributing to business growth.
- Manage the entire sales process, including customer relationship management and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis, understand customer requirements, and create targeted sales strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance to meet sales targets.
- Strengthen customer and partner relationships, ensuring Systemair’s brand is well-represented.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the HVAC or related industries.
- Experience or education in HVAC (engineering, energy, mechanical, or related fields) is required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze markets, understand customer needs, and propose effective solutions.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (knowledge of all three languages is an advantage).
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
