Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to oversee and enhance security operations at our corporate center, supporting our global portfolio of hotels.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing robust security strategies and policies to protect the company’s assets, employees and facilities
- Conducting regular security assessments, audits and inspections to identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Lead, train and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of security requirements into business processes and projects
- Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment and other security technologies to ensure proper functioning and effectiveness
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies and security vendors, to enhance security capabilities
Qualifications:
- Higher education in the relevant field
- 5 years of experience in International Brand Security
- Proficiency in security assessments, audits and investigations at a large scale
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
