We are looking for a System Engineer to join our technical team. This role is well suited for a specialist who is ready to take responsibility for system operations, contribute to infrastructure reliability, and grow professionally within a dynamic IT environment.

Responsibilities:

• System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain integrated IT solutions that align with client requirements. Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to support system integration projects.
• Pre-Sale: Extract and clarify technical requirements and constraints from the documentation, design optimal hardware and software server components collaborate with the sales and account management teams to understand technical requirements and challenges.
• Post-Sale: Develop a detailed project plan that outlines tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for the implementation phase. Integrate new components or systems seamlessly into the client's existing infrastructure, taking into account compatibility and interoperability.
• System solutions: Configure and troubleshoot server equipment, including storage, Server OS systems.
• Virtualization: Deploy and manage virtualization (VMware, Red Hat, Microsoft) and hyperconverged environments to optimize resource utilization.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Testing and Validation: Conduct testing and validation of software and hardware, configurations to implement it in future projects.
• ISO 27001 Compliance: Regularly review and update related policies and procedures to align with ISO 27001 standards.
• Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies through training and self-study. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or in progress). 
• At least 3 yearы of experience working on a similar position.
• Industry certifications such as RHCSA/RHCSE, MSCE/MC WSHAA, VCP or equivalent certifications from reputable vendors are highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, architecture, and security.
• Expertise in Windows and Linux server environments.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies of VMware, Red Hat, Microsoft.
• Strong expertise in modern server and storage architectures, virtualization platforms, and data protection technologies.
• Scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python) are a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to project success.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani language and good in English language.
