Responsibilities:
- Dealing with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter or face-to-face;
- Completing procedures when guests arrive and leave;
- Preparing bills and taking payments;
- Dealing with special requests from guests.
Job requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Azeri, English and Russian languages knowledge written and verbal;
- Knowledge of Fidelio software is an advantage.
