Job responsibilities
- Oversee F&B operations across several properties to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high service standards.
- Collaborate with property-level teams to implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Control operational costs while maintaining quality and guest experience.
- Drive innovation in menu development and F&B promotions.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and support F&B teams to develop talent and improve performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior F&B management role.
- Proven leadership in managing multiple outlets or properties.
- Strong financial and operational acumen.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian is required.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
