Responsibilities:
- Managing guest orders promptly and efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction
- Representing the needs of the team and advocating for their success.
- Assisting F&B management in achieving financial targets by optimizing revenue and controlling costs.
- Supporting the training and development of team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Communicating effectively with the team to delegate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s standards to maintain consistency and quality in service.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Language skills: Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is a must.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage/hospitality field.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address guest queries and resolve issues promptly.
