Responsibilities: 

• Managing guest orders promptly and efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction
• Representing the needs of the team and advocating for their success.
• Assisting F&B management in achieving financial targets by optimizing revenue and controlling costs.
• Supporting the training and development of team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Communicating effectively with the team to delegate tasks and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensuring compliance with the company’s standards to maintain consistency and quality in service.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree 
• Language skills:  Fluency in Azerbaijani and English is a must. 
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage/hospitality field.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address guest queries and resolve issues promptly.
