Job responsibilities
- Prepare and present food to high quality standards in your assigned section
- Ensure all food preparation is done efficiently and hygienically
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering as needed
- Comply with all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures
- Participate in daily kitchen prep, service, and cleaning routines
- Help develop new dishes and contribute to menu planning
Requirements
- 3-4 years of kitchen experience, preferably in hospitality
- Strong cooking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
- Culinary diploma or certification is a plus
- Team player with a professional attitude
- Languages: Azerbaijani and English
