Job responsibilities

  • Prepare and present food to high quality standards in your assigned section
  • Ensure all food preparation is done efficiently and hygienically
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering as needed
  • Comply with all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures
  • Participate in daily kitchen prep, service, and cleaning routines
  • Help develop new dishes and contribute to menu planning

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of kitchen experience, preferably in hospitality
  • Strong cooking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Culinary diploma or certification is a plus
  • Team player with a professional attitude
  • Languages: Azerbaijani and English
