Role Overview:

We’re hiring a Lead Generation & Outbound Manager to run and optimize our outbound engine. You’ll join a lean, distributed team where AI tools are a core part of our workflow — helping you manage high-volume outreach, test copy variations, and keep performance consistently improving. You’ll focus on structured, recurring tasks that keep campaigns running smoothly while leaving room for experimentation and innovation.

You’ll work independently during your shift and report directly to the Marketing Lead, who will be available for strategy alignment and escalations.

Position Details:

  • Remote-only (Worldwide, preferably European time zones)
  • Self-employed contractor status required (we don’t have a local legal entity)
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday coverage across European business hours
  • Key Responsibilities

Outbound Campaign Management

  • Collect and compile target audiences from multiple sources.
  • Clean, de-duplicate, and verify contacts using validation tools.
  • Add and configure new inboxes in Smartleads (or similar outreach platforms).
  • Set up and monitor A/B tests for email and LinkedIn messaging.
  • Track deliverability, open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics.

AI-Enhanced Workflow

  • Use ChatGPT and AI copilots to speed up repetitive tasks, improve copy, and optimize processes.
  • Research and test new AI-powered solutions for personalization, list cleaning, and campaign automation.

Campaign Performance & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly outbound performance reports.
  • Surface trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent documentation of workflows and learnings.

General Marketing Operations

  • Maintain process documentation for outbound workflows.
  • Support the marketing team with operational and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of experience in a SaaS environment or marketing agency.
  • Ability to manage outbound outreach at scale (60K+ emails/messages monthly).
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
  • Experience with email and LinkedIn outreach tools (Smartleads is a plus).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and deliverability best practices.
  • Comfortable using ChatGPT and AI tools daily.
  • Proficient in English with clear written communication.
  • Self-employed status with ability to invoice independently.

Strong Advantage

  • Previous experience in marketing operations, lead generation, or sales development.
  • Hands-on experience with Smartleads or similar outreach platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to monitor and improve performance metrics.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, Zapier, Make, or other automation tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho).
