Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads from all channels, including inbound requests, referrals, and partnerships.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market engagement.
- Conduct introductory calls, meetings, and presentations with potential clients.
- Prepare commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
- Lead negotiations and support deal closure to achieve revenue targets.
- Participate in tenders and RFP processes, including preparing and presenting proposals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and act as a trusted point of contact.
- Identify client risks, concerns, or dissatisfaction early and address them proactively.
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling additional services.
- Support contract renewals and long-term client partnerships.
- Measure client satisfaction through feedback, surveys, and direct communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and client experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Strong ability to generate and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Good command of Azerbaijani, Russian and English is a plus.
- Experience with tenders, RFPs, and proposal development is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and drive account growth.
- Customer-focused mindset with experience in satisfaction and retention management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Results-driven approach with a focus on revenue growth and client success.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
