Location: Modern office – Sabah Residence Complex, Baku city, Sabail district

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming leads from all channels, including inbound requests, referrals, and partnerships.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and market engagement.
  • Conduct introductory calls, meetings, and presentations with potential clients.
  • Prepare commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
  • Lead negotiations and support deal closure to achieve revenue targets.
  • Participate in tenders and RFP processes, including preparing and presenting proposals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and act as a trusted point of contact.
  • Identify client risks, concerns, or dissatisfaction early and address them proactively.
  • Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Support contract renewals and long-term client partnerships.
  • Measure client satisfaction through feedback, surveys, and direct communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and client experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Strong ability to generate and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
  • Good command of Azerbaijani, Russian and English is a plus.
  • Experience with tenders, RFPs, and proposal development is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and drive account growth.
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience in satisfaction and retention management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on revenue growth and client success.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
