  • Location: Modern office – Sabah Residence Complex, Sabail District, Baku
  • Salary: Paid internship
  • Employment Type: Internship (Full-time, 3-month contract with long-term opportunity)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of contracts and related documentation within the Bitrix24 pipeline
  • Organize, track, and maintain sales records and documentation accurately
  • Monitor document flow to ensure timely processing and proper record-keeping
  • Support client interactions through in-person meetings, phone calls, and email communication
  • Provide general operational and administrative support to the team

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
