Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of contracts and related documentation within the Bitrix24 pipeline
- Organize, track, and maintain sales records and documentation accurately
- Monitor document flow to ensure timely processing and proper record-keeping
- Support client interactions through in-person meetings, phone calls, and email communication
- Provide general operational and administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
