Role Overview:
We are hiring a Marketing Manager to lead and execute TREVA’s full marketing strategy — from social media and digital campaigns to brochures, events, and brand communication.
This role requires fluent English and the ability to work confidently with international stakeholders, developers, brokers, and partners, acting as a key link between sales, marketing, broker networks, and development teams.
The role is revenue-oriented and directly connected to sales performance.
You will be responsible not only for brand and visibility, but also for lead generation, broker enablement, demand creation, and supporting overall sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute 360° marketing strategies across TREVA and all active real estate projects.
- Build and manage lead-generation streams, with a strong focus on social media as a core lead source, working closely with the sales and broker teams.
- Work closely with broker networks and real estate agencies, providing them with marketing materials, campaigns, and communication support to increase deal flow.
- Own and drive the entire marketing strategy for the Baku office, while also supporting and coordinating international and cross-border initiatives.
- Coordinate and align marketing efforts between internal sales teams, brokers, developers, and international partners.
- Coordinate campaign planning, content production, and PR/media communication.
- Collaborate with the TRENDERS in-house team on content creation, visuals, and campaign materials.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, paid media, social platforms).
- Track KPIs, leads, conversion metrics, broker performance signals, and ROI, optimizing campaigns based on performance and revenue impact
- Support and organize real estate promotional events, broker events, exhibitions, roadshows, and open houses.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, channels, and communication.
- Analyze market trends, broker feedback, and competitor activity to continuously refine marketing and positioning strategies.
Take full ownership of TREVA’s brand presence, including:
- social media,
- website,
- digital advertising,
- listings,
- content and visual communication.
Oversee all marketing assets:
- brochures,
- presentations,
- signage,
- branding materials.
Additional Role Expectations:
- Marketing initiatives are closely linked to sales channels and broker activity, and effectiveness is measured by lead quality, broker engagement, and contribution to closed deals.
- Close coordination with Sales Management and Broker Network leadership is a core part of the role.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing project management (real estate, agency, or related fields).
- Fluency in English is a must — you will regularly communicate with international stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
- Proven experience with social media, digital marketing, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate and/or property marketing is a strong plus.
