Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee full-cycle marketing activities for assigned real estate projects.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate internal teams including design, content, production, and digital departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan and manage campaigns, shootings, launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Control project timelines, deliverables, workflows, and overall quality standards.
- Monitor task progress and ensure effective day-to-day project management.
- Prepare meeting notes, follow-ups, project updates, and status reports.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely communication throughout project execution.
- Identify operational challenges early and provide practical solutions independently.
- Collaborate across departments to maintain efficiency and project alignment in a fast-paced agency environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager in a marketing, creative, or digital agency.
- Previous experience with real estate or property development projects is a strong advantage.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- High level of responsibility and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of marketing processes including SMM, production, design, digital campaigns, and project launches.
- Leadership mindset with strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Azerbaijani and Russian are required; English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Experience with ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage complex workflows confidently.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset.
