Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze cost expenditures and financial commitments.
- Track and control project or operational costs against budgets. Identify cost variances and investigate root causes, develop corrective actions as needed.
- Generate regular cost reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
- Reconcile financial reports across departments to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of financial data.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
- Reconcile various financial reports across departments for accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in cost control, audit, accounting, or a related field.
- IFRS experience & knowledge.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and cost management techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project managers and other teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in preparing detailed financial reports and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and cost-effective purchasing practices.
- Experience with a Big 10 accounting firm is a plus.
- ACCA F2 and F3 certificates are a plus.

- Work schedule: 5-day work week;
- Working hours: 09:00 – 18:00;
