We're Hiring: Sales Manager

ULU Hospitality Group is a fast-growing hospitality company in Azerbaijan, operating premium hotels and restaurants, including El Resort, Yurd Hotel, Zakura Restaurant, and Novbahar Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate contracts, room rates, and corporate packages
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Cooperate with hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Prepare reports and monitor sales performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Sales, Marketing, Business or related field preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
• Hospitality industry experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build long-term relationships
