Tələblər

• 2–3 years of experience in internal communications
• Ability to work with top management and office teams
• Skills in facilitation, writing, and visual storytelling
• A sense of rhythm and understanding of team dynamics
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action
• Fluency in AZ / ENG / RUS is a plus
