Job Description
- Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution
- Communicate with concerned departments to prepare the daily, weekly and/or monthly reports
- Conduct estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that need to be purchase or procured.
- Provide a primitive cost control services
- Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions
- Conduct the quantity surveying process to prepare required invoices.
- Prepare the subcontractors’ invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer
- Prepare and follow up the Variation Orders and prepare Notice to Claim in cooperation with the Contracts team.
Skills & requirements
- University degree majoring in engineering or mathematics related specialities
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong technical, prioritisation and management skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point)
- MS Project
- AutoCAD
- Fluency in written and spoken Azerbaijani and English
