Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company’s inclusion in vendor lists of various public and private organizations;
- Monitor, analyze, and participate in relevant new tenders from various sources;
- Coordinate the preparation, collection, and uploading of tender documents (technical, financial, and legal);
- Analyze tender terms and requirements, identify risks, and provide recommendations to management;
- Collaborate with the Sales and Finance departments in price formation and budget calculation processes for tender proposals;
- Ensure tender packages and proposal documents are prepared and submitted on time in compliance with legislation and procedures;
- Participate in the implementation phase of awarded tenders, oversee progress, and maintain communication with clients;
- Analyze tender results and competitors’ proposals, contributing to the development of future strategies;
- Develop and improve internal tender procedures and regulations;
- Conduct market research and identify potential tender opportunities;
- Manage the company’s registration and accreditation processes on various public and private portals (e.g., tender.gov.az, e-procurement systems);
- Prepare and submit monthly or quarterly reports on tender activities to management.
Requirements:
- Higher education (in business, economics, law, engineering, or a related field);
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
- Proven record of successful and completed tender projects is an advantage;
- Experience working on electronic tender platforms (e.g., tender.gov.az, Asan Login, e-procurement portals);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and Word;
- Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking);
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills;
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Work conditions:
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
- Work location: Chinar Park Business Centre
