Roles and Responsibilities:
- Complete required internal trainings provided via online internal learning platform and continually progress on learning path and certifications on the subject.
- Design, develop, and implement RPA and IA solutions using industry-leading platform by Automation Anywhere.
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop reusable and scalable RPA components, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Test, debug, and deploy RPA solutions, ensuring flawless execution and performance.
- Monitor and maintain deployed RPA solutions, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends and technologies, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Document processes and solutions clearly and concisely for future reference and training purposes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business, IT, engineering, mathematics, science, or other relevant discipline
- Strong understanding of automation principles and industry best practices
- Strong problem-solving, process mapping, and analytic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
- Solid knowledge at least in one of mentioned programming language like Python, C#, Java, JavaScript
- A proven combination of technical and interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage)
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach
- Continuous learning mindset and passion for innovation
- Familiarity with RPA technology is an advantage
