As an RPA Project Manager at UPSYSTEMS LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of our clients' automation initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and delivery of IA projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of IA/RPA projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they align with client objectives and expectations as well as company’s standards.
• Collaborate closely with clients to define automation requirements, scope, and goals, translating them into actionable project plans.
• Build and manage a high-performing team of RPA developers, business analysts, and other professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans, while continuously monitoring and mitigating risks.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
• Track project performance against key metrics, providing regular status reports and recommending improvements to optimize automation processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in RPA and Intelligent Automation, integrating them into project strategies.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Engineering).
• Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Project Manager/Coordinator in IT related projects.
• Understanding of RPA and automation tools and technologies, such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism etc is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP etc) is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT consulting practices and methodologies is preferred.
