We continue to expand internationally, we are looking for a motivated, creative, and growth-oriented SMM Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in social media while contributing to broader marketing activities across multiple projects.
What This Internship Is About
This is not just a “post and done” type of role.
You will work on real projects, support communication processes across various directions, and gain exposure to multiple areas within the marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate creative ideas for social media content
- Support the development of content plans for different platforms
- Assist with simple visual or video content preparation
- Conduct basic research on trends, competitors, and audience insights
- Help gather short performance insights and basic reporting
Requirements
- Strong interest in social media and digital creativity
- Basic familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or final year of Bachelor’s studies
- A digital growth mindset—proficiency in digital marketing tools, AI, and automation is key

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00 (Hybrid working)
- Day off: Saturday, Sunday
