Key accountabilities:
- Controlling project documentation for ongoing projects using DC tools
- Following and improving document control procedures
- Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
- Producing document progress reports for senior managers
- Ensure documents are shared at key times to facilitate timely project completion
- Handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing documents.
- Filing and archiving relevant documentation
Required skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in document control or a related field preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional certifications or courses in document management beneficial.
- Proficiency in document management software and systems essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills for addressing document control issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
