URI Digital Technologies LLC — Hiring - Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta + Google Ads)

This is not a junior content management role. It is a hands-on performance marketing position for someone who has actually operated paid campaigns and can show real results.
What You Will Own
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Audience research, segmentation, retargeting, A/B testing
- Conversion tracking setup (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4)
- Daily posting and scheduling across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Reporting: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, attribution
- Iterating creative variations based on performance data
- Coordinating with the in-house video team on ad creatives
You bring
- 2+ years hands-on running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns (not coursework, not "supervised by")
- Real budgets — minimum monthly budget you have personally managed: please specify in your application
Strong working knowledge of:
- Meta Business Manager
- Google Ads (Search + Display, ideally YouTube Ads)
- Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Confident written English (US audience content)
- Comfortable working with in-house creative teams
- Honest about what you have and have not done
Nice to have
- TikTok Ads Manager experience
- LinkedIn Ads (B2B campaigns)
- SEMrush, SimilarWeb, or other competitive intelligence tools
