Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and entering daily invoices and receipts into 1C software
- Improving primary documentation in relevant accounting areas
- Recording transactions related to the movement of cash, goods, materials, and other assets in accounting records
- Preparing data for reports and overseeing the safekeeping of accounting documents
- Ensuring the execution of financial, credit, and cash flow plans
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
- Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of work experience in a relevant field
- Higher education (preferably in Accounting or Finance)
- Possession of ACCA certificates is preferred
- Proficiency in 1C (super user) and Excel
- Language skills: Azerbaijani, English (Russian is preferred)
- Ability to plan work efficiently
- Activeness and accuracy
- Organizational and analytical skills
