Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator/Manager located in Baku. The Event Coordinator/Manager will be responsible for planning and executing events to meet the needs of Vega Travel Management clients. This includes budget management, vendor sourcing, and event coordination. The Event Coordinator/Manager will work closely with clients to identify their event needs, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customized solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an event manager, coordinator, or specialist (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent time management, budget management, and vendor management skills
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to unforeseen circumstances
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages, Russian - intermediate
- Experience with event planning software/CRM/ERP is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively in event planning and execution
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and contribute effectively to a team environment
Work conditions

- 5-day work schedule
- Starting salary is 1000-1200 AZN + KPI bonuses
