Job Summary:
- The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects in accordance with contractual requirements, technical specifications, budget, and schedule. The role ensures full compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, and client expectations across industrial environments. The Project Manager coordinates all project phases, including engineering, procurement, and construction activities, while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and ensuring project objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Define scope of work (SOW), deliverables, and project milestones
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) activities
- Monitor project progress, budget, and cost performance; implement corrective actions where necessary
- Manage contracts, variations, and subcontractor activities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Lead project meetings, reporting, and internal coordination
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in EPC projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Working Conditions:
- Salary: The salary will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience during the interview process
- Work schedule: 08:00 – 17:00 (5/2)
