Vacancy: Czech Translator / Interpreter

 Key Responsibilities

·       Provide accurate written and verbal technical translation and interpretation between Czech, English, and Azerbaijani;

·       Interpret during meetings, production activities, technical discussions, site visits, inspections, and business negotiations involving Czech-speaking personnel;

·       Translate engineering, manufacturing, technical, operational, HSE, quality, and administrative documentation while ensuring accuracy and consistency of technical terminology;

·       Support communication between the CEO, foreign specialists, local employees, contractors, and business partners;

·       Provide on-site interpretation during equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and other production-related activities;

·       Translate technical manuals, operating procedures, work instructions, technical specifications, engineering drawings, reports, presentations, and business correspondence;

·       Review and proofread translated documents to ensure linguistic accuracy and compliance with technical terminology;

·       Coordinate translation requests and ensure timely delivery of assignments;

·       Maintain strict confidentiality of company information and translated materials;

·       Provide language support during business visits, audits, supplier meetings, training sessions, and other corporate activities involving foreign personnel;

·       Perform other translation and interpretation duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

·       Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Philology, Engineering, or a related field;

·       Fluency in Czech, English, and Azerbaijani (both written and spoken);

·       Knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage;

·       Previous experience in technical translation and interpretation;

·       Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred;

·       An engineering background or experience working with engineering drawings, technical documentation, and industrial terminology is considered a strong advantage;

·       Excellent understanding of technical and engineering terminology;

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail;

·       Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities;

·       High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Working Conditions:

·       5-day working schedule.

·       Work location: Sumgayit, Azerbaijan.

·       Voluntary medical insurance.

·       Lunch and transportation are provided by the Company.

·       Salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, knowledge, and experience.
