Key Responsibilities:
- Identification of compliance risks;
- Monitoring of legislative and regulatory requirements;
- Development of internal policies and procedures;
- Compliance due diligence of third parties;
- Conducting compliance awareness training for employees;
- Investigation and escalation of compliance violations;
- Preparation of compliance reports;
- Monitoring and coordination of the remediation of identified deficiencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree is preferred);
- 3 years of work experience;
- Knowledge of the compliance and related legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Knowledge of risk-based approaches;
- Practical skills in compliance monitoring and testing;
- Knowledge of Due Diligence;
- Knowledge of AML/KYC;
- Knowledge of sanctions screening;
- Basic knowledge of data protection;
- Knowledge of corporate governance;
- Knowledge of internal control principles;
- Knowledge of ISO 37301 and other international standards.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook; good proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications is desirable;
- Language skills: Fluent/Excellent Azerbaijani and English; good command of Russian.
Working Conditions:
- 5-day work schedule;
- Location: Sumgayit city;
