Responsibilities
- Ability to send/reply to emails & discuss on the phone/ what's apps with clients
- Prepare & customize tour programs of Group/Individual Packages for inbound-and outbound tours
- Hotel and all related reservations, flight booking, visa applying
- Make contracts with foreign agencies
- Weekly & monthly reports about sales
- Strong negotiating, influencing, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Manage corporate travel programs, including relationships with agencies
- Quickly & effectively resolve customer issues
- Ability to make verbal presentations to groups of various sizes
- Passion on delivery of given targets on time weekly
- Provide the highest customer service excellence
- Work in a team environment
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Russian languages
- Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
- Excellent written, verbal, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 2 years of Hospitality/ Travel/ Marketing management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
- Strong organizational, analytical and presentation skills
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Extra Details
Working Hours
- Weekday: 10 am - 7 pm (weekdays)
- Saturday: 10 am - 2 pm (weekend)
- Day-off: Sunday
Salary
- 600 manat + Monthly % from Sales
- Travel opportunities are provided by the company 2 times in a year
