Position Overview:

Wyndham Garden Baku Hotel is seeking a responsible and experienced Night Supervisor to oversee Front Office operations during night hours. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth hotel operations, maintain service quality standards, and supervise night shift staff while delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all Front Office operations during the night shift.
• Ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Conduct Night Audit procedures and prepare daily financial and operational reports.
• Monitor cash handling, billing accuracy, and system postings.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Maintain safety and security standards during night hours.
• Support and guide night shift team members, ensuring high performance and service quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office operations (Night Audit experience preferred).
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems (Opera experience preferred).
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibility during night shifts.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and stress-resistant personality.

• Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage team performance and maintain service standards.
