XEZINEMED LLC”s an official distributor of BİODERMA, İNSTİTUT ESTHEDERM, ETAT PUR and VVELAVİT in Azerbaijan. We are looking for a Marketing specialist to our Marketing team who is.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and support initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channel (social media);
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies;
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends;
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns;
• Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.);
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns;
• Managing hard copy necesities of training and sales department.
• Assisting to manage organizations of the company like seminars, confrences.
• Managing digital solutions, platforms, content.
• Managing and supporting all sell out operations of e-commerce, online platforms (Wolt, Umico).
• Managing Demanding and suplly chain operations
• Сompilation of monthly and annual tables of production, import, order of products
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plan/budget

Requirements:

• Experience in Marketing and Sales (Cosmetic/ Dermacosmetic sector experience is preferable)
• Advanced level of Russian and English is must
• Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods;
• Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools;
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications;
• Well-organized and detail oriented;
• Exceptional communication and writing skills;
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind;
• Analytical Skills
• Flexibility and adaptation capability
• Knowledge in Digital marketing strategy, campaigns structure and performance tracking

Terms:

• Stable salary 800 - 1500
