We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support in all matters related to our exhibitions and contracts with counterparties. Your profile:

• Bachelor university degree at a law school;
• Ideally at least 3-year experience in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and English languages (Russian is an asset);
• Strong drafting, legal analysis and negotiation skills;
• Strong attention to details;
• Punctual, open-minded, proactive.

Your responsibilities: 

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with third parties;
• Drafting letters and other required documents to state agencies and counterparties;
• Analyzing and preparing legal updates;
• Conducting legal research and interpreting legislation, international precedents and best practices;
• Representing our company before state agencies and other third parties;
• Organizing materials for team case review;
• Assistance with disputes and reporting.
