Job description

• Being able to work with little kids (5-8 years old)
• Assign homework and interesting exercises
• Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior to You Will Speak
• Keep a record of students’ attendance and progress
• Research new language teaching methods
• Manage classroom crises and resolve conflict
• Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
• Creating and promoting a positive learning environment and using modern techniques
• Conducting monthly assessments and general level tests
• Attending meetings, conferences, and seminars as and when required
• Gathering and preparing presentations for kids on Canva and Nearpod
• Conducting monthly Events at YWS for students
• Analyzing and making a note of students’ requirements and uploading homework on Google Classroom
• Addressing and resolving any student queries and complaints with Kids Coordinator
• Discussing student performance and progress with his/her parents monthly
• Communicating with the Kids Coordinator about the classroom progress
