Job responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence;
• Monitor sales trends and develop strategies to maximize sales;
• Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency;
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services;
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate record keeping;
• Ensure store policies and procedures are being followed;

Required qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field;
• 5 years of experience in Retail field as a Sales manager or similar position;
• Knowledge of store operations and customer service standards;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills;
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in Azeri, Russian and English; 
• Proficiency in MS Office,1C; 
• “Hard skills” abilities: analytical attitude of mind, ability to forecast, organizational skills;
