Main Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations;
  • Ensure full compliance with Azerbaijan Labor Code and internal HR policies;
  • Maintain and process employee records and HR documentation using 1C software;
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent;
  • Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, LinkedIn, internal referrals);
  • Provide HR reports and analytics for management;
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems;
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of HR management experience;
  • Advanced knowledge of 1C HR software;
  • Excellent understanding of Azerbaijan Labor Code;
  • Strong recruitment skills and experience with multiple sourcing platforms;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficient in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (both written and spoken).

Work conditions: 

  • Work hours 09:00 - 18:00;
  • Work days 5/2.
