Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations;
- Ensure full compliance with Azerbaijan Labor Code and internal HR policies;
- Maintain and process employee records and HR documentation using 1C software;
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent;
- Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, LinkedIn, internal referrals);
- Provide HR reports and analytics for management;
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems;
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of HR management experience;
- Advanced knowledge of 1C HR software;
- Excellent understanding of Azerbaijan Labor Code;
- Strong recruitment skills and experience with multiple sourcing platforms;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (both written and spoken).
Work conditions:
- Work hours 09:00 - 18:00;
- Work days 5/2.
