Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in fitness or sports equipment sales;
- Great interpersonal skills;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and proper product display;
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets;
- Assist customers in selecting fitness equipment based on their needs and preferences;
- Assign tasks and set performance goals for the team;
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
Work conditions:
- Work days 6/1;
- Salary 1500 net (plus bonus).
