As part of our continued business growth, we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (B2B) to expand our corporate customer base and drive new business development.
About the Role
- The primary objective of this position is to generate new business opportunities and acquire new corporate customers.
- This is a business development role focused on identifying prospects, building a qualified sales pipeline, developing relationships with decision-makers and managing the complete sales cycle through to contract signature.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in new business acquisition and corporate business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the corporate market.
- Build a qualified sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn and other business development activities.
- Establish relationships with C-level executives, procurement teams and key decision-makers.
- Arrange and conduct business meetings to identify customer needs and commercial opportunities.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and technology solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation, contract signing and account onboarding.
- Develop long-term relationships with newly acquired customers to support sustainable business growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
- Achieve agreed sales, gross profit and business development KPIs.
- Represent ASBC Azerbaijan at customer meetings, networking events and industry conferences.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of successful B2B sales experience with a strong focus on new customer acquisition.
- Demonstrated success in building a sales pipeline and winning new business.
- Experience managing the complete B2B sales cycle.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior business leaders and decision-makers.
- Commercial mindset, resilience and a results-oriented approach.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English. Russian will be considered an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT, enterprise technology, telecommunications, software or solution sales.
- Existing network within the Azerbaijani corporate market.
- Experience selling complex B2B solutions involving multiple stakeholders.
