We are looking for an HR Generalist who loves working with people, can strengthen our team, and add real value to HR processes. You can be a part of this journey!
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in payroll management.
- Managing the recruitment process (collecting vacancy requirements, posting job ads, conducting interviews)
- Handling employee hiring, termination, and position change processes
- Preparing and managing employment contracts, orders, and other HR documents
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and proper documentation
- Organizing and monitoring onboarding processes
- Supporting employee satisfaction and internal communication processes
- Participating in performance evaluation and development processes
- Preparing HR reports and presenting them to management
- Participating in the implementation of internal rules and procedures
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in HR
- Good knowledge of labor legislation
- English – advanced level (Russian is an advantage)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
