Responsibilities:
- Leading the marketing team, this includes shaping the team when needed
- Defining and setting KPIs for the team and ensuring they are met
- Managing and overseeing all marketing projects
- Ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Recruiting, hiring, onboarding and firing employees as need
- Interaction with clients, conducting meetings and negotiations, and preparing proposals
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and activations for clients
- Identifying and applying effective methods of market promotion
- Achieving the company’s business goals
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Skills:
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Team management
- Strong understanding of marketing and advertising
- Experience working with local and global brands
- Presentation and idea-pitching skills
- Education: marketing, advertising, or related fields
- Languages: Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (for communication with international clients)
